    Loved This Place!

This place is huge yet "user friendly". Everyone was very nice and helpful. You felt like you are someone important and not just another tourist. The room was beautiful and a wonderful view of the stip and their many pools. Will for sure come again and again!!

Travelers tip on getting the most out of your stay

With the size of this place and out on the strip, take advantage of their scooter rentals if you can not do a lot of walking...their very reasonable and worth it! They will let you even take it out on the strip!

Not like it used to be...

The Venentian used to be one of the best hotels in Las Vegas. My recent stay there was very disappointing. There was loud drilling early in the morning as well as a broken sink that needed extensive repair. In addition, the housekeeping staff didn’t replace essential items such as the bath mat and tissues. They also entered the room even when the privacy sign was on the door. The one bright spot was the excellent restaurants in the hotel.

    Travelers tip on dining

Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio ia very good. Also, try First Food and Bar at the Palazzo for good casual dining.

    Hotel was impressive

I have not been to LV in about 9 years. All the new hotels that sprung up was mind boggling. The Venetian is a top notch property. The level of decor in the public areas makes one feel like being in Venice. The vastness of the hotel layout lends to the ease of getting lost within the hotel. The amenities included in the room (2 queens) and furnishings were of top notch. The seperate living area made it feel like a home instead of hotel room. The lavish bathroom with marble and tile abound was very roomy and luxurious. We stayed in the Venetia, the older section but it was still very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks

There is a double deck bus system called the "Deuce" that runs up and down the strip including to downtown. It costs just $6 for a 24 hour period or $3 for one way. It is well worth the cost and experience to ride this bus. Outside the hotel within walking distance are: Denny’s, Walgreens drug store, Maggiano’s Restaurant, various pizza, Subway’s, Outbacks. The hotel eateries are somewhat expensive so the outside options are available if you choose.

    Great time!

This was our first trip to Las Vegas and we had a great time. The hotel was awesome. Friendly employees, clean rooms, great casino. Anything you needed or wanted was a phone call away to the front desk. They will set up dinner reservations, tics to shows, tours, anything you want. everything was pricey but not too over the top. overall I can’t think of anything we had a problem with in the 4 nights we stayed there. would definitely recommend to friends and family and we are already thinking of a good time to schedule another trip there.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks

There is a Walgreens right next to the Hotel where you can get necessities at regular prices. they have water, coffee, great place to save a few bucks.

    More than you can Imagine!!!

Hotel and Staff were wonderful. In a place that never truly stops, our suite was terrific. Would never believe there were thousands of people below. Everything was tended to without having to ask.....from cleaning/size/comfort/room service/maintenence, all was great. Will go back in a flash....bag packed!!

    Travelers tip on dining

Not humanly possible to eat all the places we wanted to, but Wulfgang Puck’s ’CUT’, was the best ever. My husband said "best steak he’s ever had". Emeril’s Sports Bar was great even for me...can only imagine what it’s like on game day.

    Not impressed for the price...

We stayed in the Venezia tower, and for the price I was not so happy...the pool on this side was more of a hot tub, and i felt like I needed a taxi to get to anything else...Also if you plan to do the club scene or anything outside the hotel, remember that The Venetian is pretty far north of the action. On a brighter note, the service was great and the food options were pretty reasonable.

    Worst customer service ever!

The customer service was terrible. Upon check in we could not get in a room until 10:45pm and check in is at 3pm. Teh room was occupied when we checked in and teh 2nd room was dirty. We had chinese food in our fridge for days from the people who stayed in our room prior. The show we wanted to see was cancelled the day before and no offer for another show. Most of the hotel workers seemed burdened when you asked for something. Overall exp was very poor and not what you would expect from such a nice hotel.

    Travelers tip on local attractions

Jersey Boys was the best Vegas show I have been to! George Wallace is hilarious!

    Great Room

We always wanted to stay at The Venetian and after this trip we know why. The suite was on two levels with a king bed on the upper level. The lower level had a hugh wrap around couch, desk and table with chairs. Plenty of room for company. Bathroom has marble tile with dual sinks, tub and separate glass enclosed shower. Very luxurious. The Venetian will be number one on our list when we travel back again next year.

    Travelers tip on local attractions

Sin City Brewing has recently opened inside the mall shopping area. If you enjoy good beer I would suggest stopping there
