. The shuttle service was easy to use and the driver was very nice. It was in walking distance of the UW Medical Center as well as great shopping.Great Place to Stay!
This was a great hotel, with great staff.
Good pizza too!.

Big Time Brewery makes their own beers--worth the short walk towards campus. Not many upscale restaurants in the immediate area. A bit of an expensive haul from the airport ($50). Near a jogging/bike path so running was easy/fun.Extra perks make it worth the stay
Nice breakfast, free wireless, good location for campus access, various things you can request, like a dvd player, etc.
. Good full breakfast with lots od choices, included in the room price.Comfort at reasonable price
nice decore, good location in Seattle UW district.
Travelers tip on saving a few bucks
It was nice to leave our car in a secure free parking space while we completed our our seven day Inside Passage to Alaska Cruise. Enjoyed the hotel, older neighborhoods, and the free parking.Clean, Modern Hotel
Close to the University of Washington.
How can you beat that?. When we arrived, not only did we get our King but we also got an upgrade to a suite and there were warm cookies in the lobby. I was worried about getting a King-sized bed because when we paid online it couldnt be guaranteed. We had excellent city views. Out room looked nice, not cheesy. We were very impressed with the style of the hotel. Also, it had free parking.Such a nice surprise!
My husband and I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the university, where we were visiting a friend.
. Would definitely stay again.Neat out of the ordinary hotel
Simply great, no worries for some of the strangely poor reviews, service was great, good enough breakfast, nice and fresh out of the ordinary decor style, free parking, free bicycle rentals, close to the UofW campus, walking distance (~20 min) to the University Village, all topped of by affordability given Seattle hotel prices.
Rooms and bathrooms really are spacious!!!!. Nice having breakfast in the morning before we began our day.
Beautiful and roomy hotel...Location was PERFECT for hospital runs.
If you go to the University Village Shopping center, only minutes away, theres a QFC grocery store that you can buy microwaveable food, snacks, and drinks to take up to your hotel room if you plan to be on a budget. We are definitely going to make this our only place to stay from now on. The location was nice and quiet, but only minutes away from the downtown. For the most part, we saved money with their complimentary breakfast (really good!, high-speed internet, and parking. We also love the fact that you needed your card key to access the garage and to use the elevators beyond the lobby, which made us feel really safe and secure. We have two small children and the a la carte feature was extremely helpful in keeping our little ones happy.
Because of all the good reviews, my family and I decided to book our stay with Watertown.Better than we expected.
. The location is quiet yet near interesting attractions, more value for your money than downtown. The breakfast is great and the secured parking is convenient. It felt very light and airy, we had a corner room.Beautiful Design
I loved the modern clean design of Watertown.
. Burke Museum has changing exhibits and an interesting collection of American Indian artifacts. of WA campus.

Take a stroll around the Univ. My first chocie when in Seattle. Free parking and shuttle service (although destinations are limited, you can go to Seattle Center and catch other public transportation)are a great plus. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, coffee available at all times. of Washington neighborhood, within walking distance of museums, restaurants and shops.Convenient and comfortable
Convenient and comfortable in Univ.
I cant remember the name but ask at the front desk because they recommended it when we arrived early and our room wasnt ready!.
Travelers tip on dining
Theres a great little cafe for lunch just a block or two down the street from the hotel.) but the carts are only available on a first-come, first-served basis, so order early! The hotel also offers free underground parking and a free breakfast, which included hot items as well as fruit and pastries and was quite decent for a free hotel buffet! It was definitely not the most luxurious hotel Ive stayed at, but it was a good choice for the value and the location near the University. There are other cart options (spa cart, art cart, etc. Our room was huge! There was an older style TV and no pay-per-view movie channels, but they do offer an innovative "cart" service in which you can order a rolling cart of movies to be delivered to your room. This is an older hotel but is well maintained. The location of this hotel is great for a UW visit, but I wouldnt stay here for a visit to downtown Seattle, since there are many hotels in the downtown area itself.Large room near UW
My daughter and I stayed at the Watertown on a recent trip to Seattle to tour the University of Washington.
. Excellent attention to detail, down to the salon quality shampoo/conditioner/soap and the alcohol wipes for the telephone and TV remote. Staff was attentive and professional.Clean, comfortable hotel near UW
The hotel was very clean, smartly furnished and well maintained.
. Would go back. Staff not unfriendly, but not out-going either. Aveda products in the bath a nice touch.) Small fitness room, but under-used when we were there, so not the size wasnt a problem. Continental breakfast adequate if uninspired (fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cereal, etc. Free parking underneath the hotel a definite draw. Quiet room, even if right next to the elevator.
This was a one night stay for us.Good hotel for this visit; would go back.
The price was a little more than we wanted to spend but after using the shuttle, it was more than worth it! NO driving or having to find parking!. I would recommend this hotel to others. The breakfast had a variety of items and was good. We only had to call to have them pick us up before 9:30 pm. Then the shuttle took us downtown. I also liked that they had a free shuttle service to the downtown area! We got there early and our room was ready so we parked our car in the free parking garage that was very secure. When I was searching I read the reviews of the Watertown and they were very good.Very satisfied!
We were looking for a Hotel close to downtown Seattle but not IN downtown.
. No easy access to restaurants. The parking was full and some cars were double parked. The sink and shower didnt drain very well.Weekend Stay
The hotel is a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Will definitely stay there again.Very satisfied.
. Shouldnt have to deal with this. Maid forgot washcloths one day, shampoo another. We complained, but saw no difference. While clean and comfortable, the water pressure in the sink was a ridiculous trickle.Disappointed
Disappointed and wont return.
. They had a shuttle service which took us everywhere as we did nit have a car. The staff was graet. In rooms had a very interesting layout which gave the apperance of a large space and it was a convienient layout.Best Small Hotel
This hotel was one of the nicest that I have ever stayed in.
. Very nice employees. Neatness around and in the rooms. Nice breakfast buffet complimentary also.
quiet neighborhood, near Washington University and with a shuttle ride to downtown and other places of interest at no extra cost.Laid Back Hotel near University.

Within walking distance of so much.Making this our place to stay while visiting Seattle
Awesome hotel and the services where great! This was a mother/daughter weekend for us and friends and we are going to make this an annual trip with the Watertown Hotel as our "home away from home".
You can catch a cab to see all the famous Seattle sites or the very quick and very easy metro!. Also very close to "the Ave" where you can find quirky retail shops as well as the single greatest Goodwill I have ever been to. Check out the gallery in the School of Art building.

UW campus is within walking distance. all just icing on the cake... Its just so comfortable! Tastefully decorated, bikes available to use to see the sites and the cart program. I just cant say enough good things about this hotel... The hotel is beautiful, the staff is friendly, free parking, very comfortable rooms, great location.Great place to stay in the U-District
Ive stayed at the Watertown before and Ill stay there again.
. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My husband and I both like this hotel very much. Its a very short ride to downtown Seattle. The breakfast was nice which includes hot items such as eggs and sausages. There are many restaurants and coffee houses around the hotel. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice.Great Deal!
This hotel was modern and clean.
. The breakfast was just OK, but since it was part of an already competitive price for the room, we considered it a bonus. On their website, they made it easy to know the transportation options, and were accommodating as much as possible when we wanted to switch rooms.Very convenient to UW and transit/highways for getting around Seattle
Hotel makes a significant effort to make guests comfortable.
. Breakfast was excellent. No bell hop when we were there either although think they are an annoyance so that isnt a negative. Front desk not overly helpful and no where to park when you check in. Rooms are very cool and better than the standard hotel fare.Cool joint
Unique hotel, very stlylish.
. The staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to eat. I was expecting something with more fresh foods, better quality breads/rolls judging from my initial impression of the hotel. Breakfast is included, however, it is only of average quality. Furnishings are modern, yet the place has a warm cozy atmosphere about it.Modern, cute and convenient
Very nice, small, comfortable hotel within walking distance of University of WA.
