. I would highly recommend this hotel. Each request we made of staff (extra towels, rollaway bed) was promptly and cheerfully handled. There was a large variety of items from which to choose and this was a big money saver for our family. . So the room was always a bit stuffy. The the air condition really didn’t work that well. It always took awhile to cool down the room. When I would return to my room it would be very warm and stuffy. You have to put your room key in the slot to get the air condition to work. they didn’t make up my room each day and 2. 1. The two things that didn’t impress me were. They had a very nice breakfast that was included. The staff was friendly and helpful.Nice Business Hotel Location is the reason I stayed at this Hotel, It provided everything I needed.

. Travelers tip on dining Sammy G’s---an affordable and very tasty restaurant nearby---with good coupons in the Entertainment Book. Definitlely worth a repeat stay. The staff all seemed friendly, courteous and efficient. The breakfast buffet (which included bacon and eggs) was a great way to save a little money while getting the day started. The Gkids were especially glad that they could still see the Stratosphere. We did have a view of ’the strip’ even though it was some distance away.Good place to stay with kids Made a trip with grandkids and it was nice to not have to traipse through a casino to get to a room.

The only downside is that if you forget to bring toothpast or a toothbrush, you will have to buy it in their sundry shop however walmart is 5 minutes away, so you can go there!. The rooms are clean and comfortable; the staff is friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The restaurant in front of the hotel is GREAT! They are friendly, the food is FANTASTIC and very affordable. The free breakfast in the morning’s were great and really helped with saving money on food. 00. which was great since I was overweight by 3 lbs on my luggage via UAL’s and struggled to take out something at the counter but still got charged for 1st baggage fee of $15.. Travelers tip on saving a few bucks Trader Joe’s was just nearby and I ended up mailing 3 flat rate boxes on Saturday via USPS, which was right next door to the hotel, and my boxes arrived on Monday in Hawaii.the only problem, was I didn’t know how to work the heater, which was turned on by the card in the wall socket and the air filter in the bathroom.. The room was very clean.I had expected just coffee and donuts, instead, make your own waffle, breads (muffins, bread, bagels) juices (orange, apple, cranberry) fresh fruit of apple, orange and banana and cereals along with coffee, and tea...Liked it there I was surprised that the buffet breakfast.

. If you have small children, keep a very close eye because there are no fences or rails in some areas. Very breath taking if you’ve never been there. Travelers tip on local attractions If you have the time, take a four hour trip to the Grand Canyon. . There is a convenience type store right next to the hotel. Rooms have small refriderators and microwaves. The staff informed me that smoking is allowed around the pool and out on the balconies. No casino and no smoke suited me fine. The pool is small but since it is underutilized this isn’t a problem. The free buffet breakfast was plentiful and good. The staff was very accomodating in every area. The rooms were clean and the overall service was exceptional.Smoke free -works for me! While the hotel is not easily apparent from the main road(especially at night)it is conveniently located off the strip.

. Good view of the valley and the strip at night with a north facing room. Rooms in very good shape and maid service was excellent. Hotel was very quite on weekend and weekdays. Henderson and the Wingate are a good choice...Good Choice If you want a place away from the hustle and bustle of normal Vegas .

.Loved the Hotel!!! It is super nice, super clean hotel!! Will stay there everytime I go to Vegas! I go for business alot and this was a nice place to stay to get away from the hustle of the strip but still stay close to the covention center.

. If you don’t have a car the Hotel has courtesy car and the friendly staff will take you to one of the nearby restaurants and shopping mall (within a six mile radius). Travelers tip on dining The hotel is adjacent to a 24/7 Bar and Grill which from the outside looks completely inactive but when you get inside served good, reasonably priced food (check the specials) in the resaurant and ambience at the bar. We had a great stay and enjoyed the opportunity for chill out days between trips. The staff will advise you on travel if you don’t have a car (all the hotels on "The Strip" have huge, free car parks).A place of quiet retreat from The Strip This hotel is ideal if you don’t mind the journey in to see the sights of "The Strip" and if you prefer more personal surroundings than the huge hotels that are like mini citadels.

.I would definitely go back. Unlike most hotels in Vegas it is non-smoking throghout. Swimming pool is bit small but water is clean and if you decide to stay at it during the day you’ll be alone. We requested suite with balcony facing north so I took some awesome photos of Vegas at night.Good deal for the money This hotel is 10-12 Km (6-8 miles) away from Strip but if you rent a car this becomes irrelevant.
