I did nothing with the card except try to open the door , the guy that night was not cool and must have thought i was stupid, unimpressed, i was there for a funneral.Check in late and tell me how to use the card I checked in and my card was not programmed, walked back down at 1130pm and was told what i should not have done with the card.

. No problems at all. The complimentary breakfast was good, the beds were confortable, WiFi worked great. The air conditioning worked very well and was quiet enough not to keep me awake.Nice place to stay This is a newer hotel which I found to be very comfortable.

I wont stay there again!.. I amm not to haard to please, but the lack of detail was enough to disturb my vacation.the day after that there was only four body towels..the next day there were no hand towels.. One day we had only 3 bath towels and no facecloths. THE bathroom had a moldy shower curtain that did not even fit the shower and we had to call the desk for toilet paper because they never refilled the TWO roll holder and/or the tissue box. I called the desk and the attendant and the maid came to the room and handed ME the sheets to make the bed and informed me that they were looking for pillows for them, which in three days we never got. They knew we had 4 people in the room but there wan’t any sheets or pillows for the pull out bed. My husband and I stayed with our 2 kids in a suite with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed.poorly run and bad maid service I would not recommed this hotel...New hotel.

. It’s in walking distance but it’s too hot in the summer to walk outside. Travelers tip on shopping Here’s a really good thing: you can go shopping right down the street. Overall i would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone it is really worth the price. You can have something very healthy or something hearty. Their breakfast is at 6am and it’really good. I would always leave my stuff out and all they would do is organize it for me. My hotel room was very fancy and at the end of my trip i wasn’t missing anything.Can’t wait till my next trip over there! This hotel was great.

. Travelers tip Overall this is a wonderful hotel, conveniently located near restaurants,shopping, a movie theater and easy access from the freeway. On this visit, it became a non-issue; however if you are counting a on using a pool, keep those points in mind. And since we tend to spend time more in a "home-like" mind set, the absence of large patio tables curtailed our ability to fully enjoy the area. It was smaller; multiple users may feel cramped. The only draw back was the size of the pool. I always appreciate a happy ending. In fact, a few articles were left in the room and found, when I called about retrieving them. The room was comfy, up-to-date and the staff well-trained. Accommodating us with a special requests and kind personnel, was much appreciated. With a long-distance relationship, meeting half way helps lessen the road time.Pleasant Stay We were pleasantly surprised to find the room was more spacious than other hotels of this rating.

. The price I paid for the room was an excellent value. The property is just far enough off the main street that you don’t get the road noise of a main street. The beds were right on the mark for sleep comfort. Location gave you the best places to eat, shop, and move to all parts of the city.I’ll be going back The facility was very clean and up to date.

We appreciated the free daily breakfast and the friendly staff.Impressive We had a great experience! Our room was clean and nicely furnished.

. It was a nice experience. It had a nice flat screen tv. The pay-per-view movies were extremely pricey but probably are everywhere. The staff was friendly at the hotel. . The only plus to this hotel was the breakfast, it was good. I called the front desk and they tired to fix the problem but nothing happened. There was a seminar below my room and it went on until 12:30 am and the noise was very loud. The rooms were not cleaned every day.Not impressed for the price The housekeeping was not acceptable.

. Our favorite place to eat was Lutes Casino in old town Yuma. Travelers tip on local attractions Check out the sand dunes which are only 20 miles from Yuma. We would definitely stay her again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had ample space and storage. The breakfast was great and everything was close by (theatre, shopping, dining).Very nice hotel right near the mall We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

. Luckily, since our children are small, we always travel with a blanket and pillow. I finally went down and asked them for items and never received them. We tried to call the front desk, but apparently all the phones (there were 2) did not work. There were no other sheets, blankets and/or pillows. We had to get (2) roll-aways and only one of them came with a sheet (just 1 fitted sheet). After much delay, they located a room and upgraded us to a small suite with (1) king bed.No service We arrived to the hotel with our confirmation # and we’re told that they no longer had any rooms with (2) queen beds (we had reserved 2 queen beds, as we had 2 kids with us).

.Also, their food choices were completely lacking in the morning.. The walls are paper thin also. If you’re on a business trip you usually use the gym after 10pm and before 7 am. When I went to complain there was no one at the front desk, oh, and their "excercise room" closes at 10pm and doesn’t open until 7am. So they just gave me the room and didn’t clean it. The sheet had a stains on them, which I didn’t mind until I went into the bathroom, which I had just gone to use and there was urine all over the outside of the toilet, there was medical cream from the previous occupent on the counter, and the bathtub had used soap and shampoo bottles in it and the towels were used on the floor... My room was dirty. to start off with there was a group of houdlums hanging out in the foyer until late night...Not recommended Well.
