. They offered a shuttle to local attractions but we were just there to rest up. It was a great place to hang out for a day while we waited for our ship to sail. We enjoyed the food in both the restaurant and the bar. Nothing special about this hotel but certainly comfortable. A short ride on the free shuttle, a quick check-in and you’re in your room.Convenient and comfortable The Wyndham is extremely convenient for airport travelers.

Good Hotel! Very clean and Comfy, do recommend it!. The hotel is nice about the free shuttle to Coral Gables and CoCo Walk but there are only shuttles in the evening. . There was not a TV remote in the room, and when I called downstairs they sent one up right away.Great staff The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly while recommending a good Cuban restaurant as well as suggesting menu items to sample.

.So,I suggest my friends to go if they will go to Miami.And the room is very clean.Miami’s best hotel Wyndham Miami Hotel is really a nice hotel to stay,close to the airport,and there is free shuttle to the airport every 15mins,is’t very convenient for the guests.

. The only issue we has was with the shower; we couldnt get it to turn off. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was polite and they made the transaction very smooth. So good luck finding the place!. The streets go round and round. It didn’t matter how many times we went out and came back, we would get lost. My husband was there for surgery and we just needed a place to stay the night before the surgery. However, we did not fly into or out of Miami. The airport was right across the street. The hotel itself was nice....To hard to get to.

. A little signage goes a long way. Self parking is also expensive and the way the stupid gate works is unclear -- I wasn’t the only guest to get stuck trying to get out. I also expect my coffee cup to be kept filled and hot and not to have to get up to get my own. For that price I expect fancy centerpieces and ice sculptures, not the same buffet you can get at Shoney’s.00 for a breakfast buffet is just a little ridiculous in my book. $21.They nickel and dime you and small things that are irritating The cost of the food in the restaurant was outrageous.

Travelers tip on saving a few bucks location, rent a car across the street, shuttle to airport, close to main highways. also, before assigning a room that is fit for disable guests they should ask the customer, these rooms lack of "other" amenities that are expected in a regular room. as always staff is very diligent and friendly... rooms, lobby, restaurant. nevertheless this time the hotel seemed in need of maintenance.Needs to improve we have stayed at least 15 times over the past 5 years at the wyndham by the airport, it is very convenient when traveling for business because of the location, quality and price.

. My overall conclustion is that I do not recommend this hotel to anyone due to the fact of hotel service and functionality. We requested another room and the view was horrible because of the construction site and the hotel service was so slow to fulfill any requests we may have had. The first room that was given to us upon arrival was absolutly inoperable because the telephone didnt work, the bathroom wasnt clean and the lamps were not functioning properly.A mess! My overall stay at the Wyndham Miami Hotel was very unpleasant and uninviting.

that was the only downfall.. I thought it was free but cost per day.. The bad thing was the wifi. the view was everything.. the front desk people were the nicest every..Nice the hotel was great.

. Needless to say, I couldn’t wait to get out of that hotel, and Miami after that. We wanted a refund for the room charge, but that wasn’t even an option according to the person that called us. And quite frankly, those didn’t even begin to make up for the stress that I endured due to their incompetence. They offered a bottle of wine, or complimentary breakfast in the morning. Once back at the hotel, someone called up to our room to ’make amends’. This is unacceptable customer service. I literally sat on the sidewalk and cried while waiting. I was so upset at the way we were treated, and just left in an unfamiliar area. After 2 more calls, we sat on the sidewalk until 11pm! No apologies, nothing. Their response was that they had gotten busy and forgot. We sat there until 10pm before calling the hotel. We were back at our drop off/pick up point at 9:20. Drop off time was 6:30pm, we were told pick up time was at 9:30pm. We decide to go to CocoWalk since there is nothing around the hotel. Think twice before using the courtesy shuttle to Coco Walk. No service was offered. We were the only two guests in the bar, and there were workers milling about the bar area. before getting a glass of water, let alone a menu. We sat there for 20 min. Ok, fine. The restaurant was closed at 2pm, but we were told we could order something in the bar. The room was decent, bathroom floor flooded when you took a shower.......First and last time.

. The first night I received complimentary bottled water, the second night I was charged, but had extra soap and towels in the bathroom. Also, the room amenities seem to differ, depending on who cleaned the room that day. He negated all the other positive Staff. I stood there and called and called, and finally a man appeared from a back room with his mouth full of food, and when I told him about not getting my wakeup call, he was totally indifferent. When I went to the desk, there was no one there. I, along with others waiting for the shuttle, did not receive my early morning wake-up call.Mixed Bag The Hotel Staff was great, with the exception of the early morning Manager.

The breakfast are really good, a lot options, the chef is funny, good service. The rooms are a little bit small. You will find good restaurants nearby. It’s close to Miami Beach. It’s close to many shopping malls.Nice hotel close to the airport I recommend this hotel.
